Sliding glass doors in the main living area and master bedroom open up to a large covered patio perfect for entertaining or catching an iconic 30A sunset.
Beachside Villas is located in Seagrove Beach on the south side of 30A featuring many amenities to further enhance your beach vacation. The community includes two pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, grilling areas and dedicated beach access walkway along with a golf cart trolley that takes you to and from the beach. Golf Cart Trolley provided by Beachside Villas runs from Spring - September. Eastern Lake, located within walking distance from Beach Shak, is a great location to drop in a paddle board or kayak for fishing, a light workout or to simply take in the natural beauty of the dune lake and wildlife. Popular restaurants along 30A include Old Florida Fish House and Cafe Thirty A, The Hub, with many event and dining options, and world-famous Seaside are just a bike ride or short drive away.

Beachside Villas has leased a part of the beach (approximate size of 2 football fields) to the west of Beachside Villas just past the last beach front house on San Roy Road. It is a 1200 foot walk down the beach or down San Roy Road or you can take the golf cart shuttle that drops you off and picks you up (seasonally). If you choose to use the beach in front of the beach front homes, please only occupy the wet sand as the dry sand is reserved for the beach front home renters/owners.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Stately” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise.Stately reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
