This place is AMAZING!!! The location is absolute perfection! The space is super clean and has everything you could possibly need. The murphy bed is super uncomfortable though.

This had to be one of the cleanest rentals that I have stayed at so far!
Also, the pics that are on the site were before the bathroom shower reno. Also, there are paint updates and decor changes. It is such a cute place! I will admit I was iffy at first because it was dark in the pics and looked more masculine so I was hesitant to rent but I am so glad I did because it turned out to be a big surprise when we arrived. Love all the updates!
My daughter loved the bunk beds that have tv’s inside and wanted to hang out in her “cocoon” while we were there.
Talk about maximizing your space! So much storage and thoughtful detail to the condo was definitely noticed. The little subscription boxes for the kitchen cleaning supplies and the bathroom toiletry bags were adorable!
It was very quite and the walkability to the beach access was across the street.
I can’t say enough great things about this place. Book! You will not be disappointed!

5, great customer service and response time to reserve the location. Place was very clean and easy access and great communication getting the information to us that we needed.

We loved our stay at hidden beach villas. The beach access was close and not crowded. We rode our bikes every night to dinner. Seaside is a super close bike ride to dinner. Our kids loved the three bunk beds. The listing doesn’t show but the bathroom shower is updated to a nice walk in tiled shower.

The host was very easy to contact and place was was as the pictures look. Plenty of room and love the location

We enjoyed being a 3-5 min walk from a public beach and about a mile from downtown Seaside with this rental.

The condo is on the second floor and open studio concept, with a Murphy bed and three built in bunk beds (with TVs in each). It is a tight squeeze for adults in the bunks, but likely great for younger children.

The place is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it worked well for a girls weekend (3 of us) - the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Check-in was easy and the place was quiet.

I recommended to the owner’s to check the cleaning a bit closer in between rentals as there was smudges / finger prints on the appliances and some knifes had rust stains.

Overall, pleased with the stay!

Great location and great service from management. I had zero issues with the studio. It was quiet and cozy and Kitty went out of her way to help me with some communication issues!

Perfect space. Perfect location. Perfect value. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Initially my wife and I rented this cute space for the two of us. Well...life happens and our child care fell through. This space was able to accommodate our two children perfectly! The perfectly thought-out bunk beds had our kids comfy-cozy! We will definitely be back, with or without kids. Thanks for the great memories.

Loved this place and cannot wait to return! It’s 200 feet to the beach access. If your goal is to enjoy the beach everyday, this is your place!

It’s modern, cute, comfortable and had a full kitchen of items we needed to cook...including making pina colodas and waffles! This place is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-3 children under age 12.

It’s also just a block from Tom Thumb gas station/market (cheap coffee and beer), bike rental, and only a 1-2 mile bike ride to Publix and Seaside. It couldn’t be more ideal for those who want a low-key, beachy experience.

Great & quick communication from the host. Space is true to size, clean, and a great spot for the price!

Awesome place and the walk to the beach was a pice of cake! My friends and I had a great time! Highly recommend for close friends or a family of 4-5.

Neat, clean, tidy and nicely updated

Though the exterior of the condo complex is a little dated, the inside of Beach Life is totally updated, like new. Very efficient and well modernized, dimmable lights everywhere. Great little bunks and a fun pull down Murphy bed. The balcony was nice to overlook the green space and cloud lines. Modern appliances, furniture, lighting and fixtures make this place a refreshingly updated place to stay on a smaller budget.

Great location and space! My family of four enjoyed this condo space. It was clean and updated with plenty of comfortable seating and kitchen supplies for cooking. We would definitely stay here again!

This space is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Although it was a great space, it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for in terms of location. Would be better for someone looking for a very quiet, relaxing getaway, and someone who doesn’t mind a walk to the beach.

The perfect spot...with close beach access, a nice pool area with great chairs, wonderful location near everything, and the most adorable decor! I will absolutely be back as soon as possible. I'll never forget how I spent the first 10 days of the Coronavirus 2020...it was the calm before heading home to a national lockdown. Beach Life is my new favorite!!!
