Just off 30A, this newly remodeled home away from home is nestled on a quiet street only steps from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach!
This cozy and adorable two-story home has three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The covered porch and balconies are the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Hardwood and tile floors are throughout the home and an outdoor gas grill is available for our guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to show off your chef skills. End your long beach days with a refreshing dip in the private pool! The pool can be heated for an extra fee.
We know you could easily spend all day basking in the Florida sunshine, but a stay in Seagrove can be full of adventure! There are endless water activities and equipment available for rent. Explore the Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake or bike along the Timpoochee Trail. Many locally owned shops are within reach if you’re wanting some retail therapy. Dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition, and South Walton’s restaurant scene has an array of culinary options crafted by award-winning chefs.
Washer and dryer access is provided for our guests. Our cleaning staff takes necessary measures to ensure all surfaces, light switches, remotes, and door handles are disinfected properly. All towels, linens, etc. are removed from property and laundered after each checkout.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
