Beach Access Information
Beachside Villas has leased a private section of beach (approximately two football fields in size), just a 1,200-foot walk or quick trolley ride away. If using other beach areas in front of beachfront homes, please only occupy the wet sand, as dry sand areas are reserved for property owners.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled by either party (“You” or “Stately”) in writing at least 90 days before check-in. A 5% cancellation fee plus administrative fees will apply. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, weather, maintenance issues, or personal emergencies. Stately reserves the right to correct rate errors.
