The location is excellent. The house lacks a lot of basic cooking things like pots and pans. We were surprised there was no salt or pepper even.

We had a great family time in your beautiful home.

Everything was perfect. Exactly as it was described. our only issue was parking our vehicles. There is only room for two in the driveway, and since some of our family came from different states, we had three vehicles and had to park one at an off site location. But overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation.

My friends and I had such a fun time at Happy House! The layout was great and we enjoyed being a short walk to the beach access. We had issues with one of the toilets the first day and someone was sent to fix it that same morning with no further issues. While there’s limited parking, the neighbors were nice enough to let us park one of our cars in front of their property. Overall would recommend for a families or small groups.

Excellent communication before and during stay with host company. House was clean, had a short walk to the beach, and the bikes were an added plus! Would most definitely stay again!

It was a great place to stay and enjoy your time at the beach.

Location is everything and it's great to be a very short walk down to the beach, as well as up to 30-A for several dining options. Overall we were quite happy with this listing and would rent it again in the future.
Some minor notes: bring your own coffee filters as none are stocked (at this price level it would be lovely if they did stock at least a few to get you started on day one). There's no house manual on site so pay attention to details/instructions on the online listing. You'll be invited to download the DACK app for information, etc. and there's a separate rental agreement to sign as well off of Airbnb's site. I generally prefer to do all my communication and everything on Airbnb vs. being guided off to a 3rd party platform -- so the host company did accommodate that and send me info via messages on Airbnb after I requested it. Indeed, they respond quickly to questions and are friendly, so that put me at ease.
Again, overall I would rent this house again. 🙂

Great location to the beach!

Lots of rooms and kitchen was good!!!

It was just dusty - like no one had been there in a long while. I dusted some because we have allergies. The house could use a deep cleaning (baseboards, wipe off railings, clean oven, etc…). Even my kids mentioned it being dirty.

The first night we were there my son came to get me to tell me there was a noise in his room. It was raining and water was dripping in window seal - so much that we had to put towels down. The next morning my child that was in a different room had towels in their window seals too (they had just not told me). We made sure the water was cleaned up..but it needs repair. The house needs some TLC. It’s beautiful but could use some extra care.

We had a great stay! It is a short walk to the beach which is very convenient. The loft on the 3rd level is an extra bonus that allowed us to spread out. We appreciated the credit for umbrellas and lounge chairs. Host was very responsive if we had any questions. And they went hot if their way to make sure we had a pack and play and high chair for our kids.

This house is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. One thing to be cautious of, the balcony spindles are very loose and one is even missing. If you have small children do not let them lean on it. This needs to be fixed immediately because it is a big safety issue.

5- beautiful beach house in very clean and organized. My family and I had a wonderful vacation spending at the happy House in Santa Rosa area.

We had a great stay at the Happy House. It was a nice location and plenty of room for a big group.
