Me and my wife went for our 1 Year Anniversary & Baby Moon and this place was perfect! The location was exactly as advertised and easy access to the private beach. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed with Stately for our Honeymoon in Santa Rosa and had the best time. The condo was perfect for 2 people. The beach is maybe a 3 minute walk which was amazing. Only issue we had was finding the right unit when we arrived but were able to figure it by matching the pictures provided to the patio. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and updated and convenient to the beach. The property manager, Stately, was very helpful and responsive. After years of staying in Rosemary Beach this was a nice change. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay! Easy access to the beach & locations around.
Only negative thing is that there was construction going on right beside us. I understand this is out of their control, but it did make for some noisy mornings.

Beautiful, modern beach home

We had the best long weekend on 30a!! Condo is perfection and just a few steps from private beach access. Host is very friendly and responsive, even over the weekend. Will definitely be back!

We had the best stay ever for spring break. The place was just gorgeous and steps from the beach (though no ocean view as it is on the first floor in the building behind the one that faces the ocean). We enjoyed going back up to the place to use the bathroom, refresh our drinks, and make lunch. The section of the beach these condos are on was so private and peaceful which was nice during busy spring break. Having washing machines was also amazing. There were NO beach towels so bring your own! But there were beach chairs and a boogie board. The hosts were incredibly fast and helpful with responses! About one mile from iconic Seaside. We loved loved loved our stay and hope to be back!

The was the perfect place to stay for the weekend! Beautiful place- so clean, and SO close to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again 🙂

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Very responsive host and great location. Easy access to pool/beach area! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo that steps away from the beach. Everything was very modern and clean and provided beginner amenities. There’s even beach chairs in the storage bin to use during your stay. We rented bikes for a couple of days and rode lots of places, which was fun.
The only cons were: only 2 beach towels were provided (so had to wash several times during our stay), the food around the area was not worth the price. (Perfect Pig and Donut Hole were amazing though), and I had several issues trying to access the gate for beach access. I never got the right code, and in the end- got it from a neighbor.

Overall a perfect place for a couple who will mainly cook during their stay, or who wants to be on the beach every day!

We had an amazing stay! The condo is exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated and clean. All of the windows and furniture made staying inside on a cold day just as enjoyable. Just steps from the beach, it’s super easy to get down to the sand especially since it’s on the ground floor. There is an app to download that has more information in it after first glance, including codes to gates and what kind of coffee maker, so look through that! However hosts were responsive and helpful when I didn’t look too hard at first 🙂 Thankful for this spot to celebrate our Babymoon, hopefully we will be back in the future as a family of 3!

Great location to beach and Seaside shops and restaurants. Lovely, clean and well appointed unit. Everything was perfect! Check in was super easy with door keypad.

This condo on the ground level was clean and very nicely decorated! We had a great time!

My husband and I stayed for a week in celebration of our 1st year anniversary. Beach Life was quick to respond and very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. Really appreciated that after a flight and drive into town. Condo was stylish and comfortable. Private access to the beautiful beach was wonderful. The location on 30a made it so easy to travel by car and bike to discover the other towns along the route. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Vitamin Sea! The photographs of the property do not do it justice, so clean and the decor inside was beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio before walking down to the beach. Location was great. We will definitely be looking to book again next year.

Loved our stay here! Very convenient to the beach - only took a few minutes to get from the back door to getting toes in the sand! The unit was very clean and tidy. Perfect size for me and my husband. We walked to Seaside one evening (took about 30 minutes). A nice drive to some of the other beach communities and access to great restaurants.

This place ROCKS! So cute, comfortable, and homie. It is a fantastic location to the beach and to good restaurants and shops. You are right in the middle of a lot of great places.

I loved the pool and the private beach access. You are basically almost on the beach! It was very fun. I highly recommend and I will be back soon!

The property is just fabulous! Everything is updated, modern and stunning. Easily the most comfortable and well-appointed condo we've ever stayed at. the team at Beach Life is incredibly responsive and helpful. They literally have thought of everything to make a guest's stay the best it can be. We'll be back - it's Beach Life for us! Do yourself a favor and book this property! It's conveniently located to all Seaside spots and the beach itself is impeccable!

This place is amazing! It’s brand newly renovated with an amazing kitchen. The living room is super cozy with great, big TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Great private beach access is absolutely perfect with chairs & umbrellas set up for the guests to rent if they choose at a super affordable price. Huge pluses - the refrigerator has filtered water and ice which saves money and time running to the store, there is a washer/dryer in the condo and there is a coffee pot/Keurig there to use. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Good location-walkable to everything, easy beach access

We loved staying at Vitamin Sea! It was very clean and had convenient beach access and parking. The condo was decorated well and was comfortable. The only thing we were missing was the code to the beach access gate, but we called and got the code quickly. We will definitely be coming back!

Thank you Beach Life for an amazing stay in 30A. The condo is immaculate, clean, and perfectly located. Communication was incredible the entire time. Loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom for a great night’s sleep and the community is small and quiet - perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will be back soon!
